Every order is processed within 1–3 business days. The moment it ships, a tracking link is emailed to you.

  • United States: free shipping on every order, typically 5–8 business days.
  • International: we ship to select countries; rates and delivery times are shown at checkout. Any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.

Returns & refunds

We want you to feel confident in your ritual. If your Velora order isn't a match, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.

How do I charge the Sculpt Tool?

Use the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes around two hours and lasts roughly ten five-minute rituals.

How often should I use it?

About five minutes, once a day. The tool shuts off on its own after five minutes. Consistency matters more than time spent.

What does it actually do?

It combines warm-toned red LED light with a gentle massage-and-pulse action. Used daily, it leaves skin looking de-puffed, calm and a little more lifted — a sensory reset, not a medical treatment.

What are the two modes?

Face mode (no cup attached) works the jawline, cheeks and neck. Body mode adds a cup to massage tired shoulders, arms and legs.

Can I use it with my serum?

Yes — we recommend it. A thin layer of the Velora Hydra Glow serum helps the tool glide smoothly. Avoid thick creams and broken skin.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Most sensitive skin tolerates it well. Start on the lowest intensity and build up gradually. Discontinue use if any irritation develops.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the head with a soft cloth after each use. Never submerge the device in water.

Can I travel with it?

Yes. It's compact, USB-C rechargeable and travel-friendly.
