We ship worldwide with tracked, insured carriers. Every order is packed by hand in our studio and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Returns & refunds
We want you to feel confident in your ritual. If the Velora Sculpt Tool isn't a match, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

- We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.
Warranty. Every Velora Sculpt Tool carries a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right, write to us — we'll make it right.

How do I charge the device?+
Use the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 2 hours and lasts roughly 10 rituals. A soft pulse on the screen signals low battery.
How often should I use it?+
Three to five minutes, once daily. Morning for cool lifting; evening for warm release. Consistency matters more than duration.
Can I use it with my serum or oil?+
Yes — a thin layer of facial oil helps the rollers glide. Avoid thick creams and direct contact with broken skin.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?+
Most sensitive skin tolerates the cool setting well. Start at the lowest temperature and build up. Discontinue if irritation develops.
How do I clean the rollers?+
Wipe with a soft cloth after each use. A weekly clean with alcohol-free micellar water keeps the chrome spotless. Never submerge the device.
When will I see results?+
Most notice reduced puffiness and a softer jawline after the first week. Visible contouring and tone changes emerge at week four with daily use.
Can I travel with it?+
Yes. The device meets airline carry-on standards. A travel pouch is included with every order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
Every Velora order ships in our signature ivory box — no extra wrapping needed. Add a handwritten note at checkout.
